    Yusen Logistics provides integrated freight forwarding services which include international transportation, domestic pick up/delivery, import/export customs clearance, documentation preparation and declaration, triangle shipment arrangement, palletizing, stuffing/un-stuffing and any other required services.

    Job Description:
    • Seek and approach project job opportunity
    • reviewing project job proposals, identifying customer requirements, collecting machine technical information and completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates, managing quotation preparation and submission until starting the job
    • Determine and maintain project schedule, assigning personnel to each phase, coordinate with all related parties including supervize the team of service engineer to successfully finish the project
    • Preparing and monitoring the completeness and correctness of documents required before and after the job
    • Monitoring invoice submission and ensuring payment settlement by customers
    • Seeking and managing suitable partners
    • Managing sales, operation, procurement, and invoice team
    • Managing domestic transportation
    • Has experiences in mechanical engineering and machine installation
    • Well factory production machine technical and supervisory skills,
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • Have experience in handling project execution, start from the kick-off meeting to commissioning.
    • analytical and decision making skill, interpersonal skills, forwarding and transportation skill will be advantage
    • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • English communication and Microsoft Office skill
