    In order to develop sales in an efficient and effective way in all media in order to attract more customers to come more often and buy more. We do this by optimizing our sales priorities, commercial activities and ensuring the right forecasts for our total offer. This position will report to Country Sales Manager.
     
    YOUR ASSIGNMENTS:
    1. Optimizing sales results through the sustainable development of business and leadership competence with secure a commercial and good meeting with the customers in our selling units.
    2. Identifying the competency needs in the function to deliver to the current and future business plan.
    3. Identify opportunities for functional competence development and thereby also support the country and selling unit teams.
    4. Identify relevant and cost-effective tools, programs to deliver the shop floor learning initiatives to meet these opportunities.
    5. Establish and document Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
    6. Organizing and structuring existing global, national and local educational, training material and Investigate if translation and local relevance are required for easy access and usability.
    7. Delivering training, facilitating, mentoring and coaching for both selling units and SO teams.
    8. Ensure the optimal number of co-workers in the function and organizational structure within each selling unit to meet our country business objectives and the global recommendations.
    9. Improve the shopping experience for customers and identify good solutions and ideas for improving the IKEA mechanical sales system and easy buying process through the customer’s feedbacks.
    10. Set the base for the further actions to develop the right amount and quality for the functional successor both for existing selling units and for people in new selling units.
    YOUR PROFILE:
    1. Passionate about people, providing service excellence and secure excellent co-worker’s experience.
    2. Passionate about home furnishings and people’s life at home.
    3. Experience adapting to different styles of learning, working and motivating to get the best out of all teams.
    4. Proven track record in delivery, execution and follow-up of sales plans, strategies and goals.
    5. Engagement and commitment to develop the business and deliver business results by optimizing performance through people.
    6. Experienced facilitating learning activities and an ability to explain verbally the concept.
    7. Capable of balancing operational focus and strategic thinking.
    8. Excellent communication and networking skills.
    9. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
