Unilever is currently hiring for an Assistant Supply Planning Excellence Manager based in Grha Unilever, Indonesia.

Our Customer Operations team is embarking on an exciting journey as it is doing process transformation in the supply planning area. If you are a problem solver who is also a challenger to the status-quo with a passion to thrive to excellence, then we would love to hear from you!

What can you expect from the role?

• Supply Planning & CMRP

• Champion for all supply-planning related reports

• Champion for data lake testing for RPM

• Lead the CMRP program & supply planning (cross category & factory – FG & material)

• Lead RPM Norm review (bi-annually)

• Lead bi-weekly planning-procurement meeting, identifying supply risks

• Buffer Stock Agreement review for packaging

• BSA Compliance tracking for PM

• Own packaging contract creation process (LTP from planning side)

• DCIW-related queries

• PLB stock monitoring

• Projects-Based

• Lead NTPP (No Touch Production Planning) Program

• Lead NTPO (No Touch Process Order) Program

• Lead supply planning-related master data governance

• Lead DBNR (Days Before Next Run) tracking & Improvement for ID Market

• Champion for SKU ABCD classification in quarterly basis

• Champion for data lake testing for Production Plan (Automatic PDS)

• Lead Festive supply planning preparation

• Lead yearly DOH reduction initiatives from FG and RPM

• Other supply-planning related improvement projects (QIR governance, Block Reason hygiene, BOM governance)

Does this sound like you?

• A minimum bachelor’s degree – preferably in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Mathematics/other similar engineering background. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Working experience of minimum 2 years in Supply Chain / Planning area.

• Ability to communicate in a full-English working environment.

• Clear demonstration of leadership, team commitment, and influencing others.

• High competency in analytics and able to interpret and communicate complex datasets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using data tools (e.g., SAP, PowerBI).

• Knowledge in programming (SQL, Phyton, R) is a plus
